One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one Mobaplay account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple promotional bonuses or for any other reason — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

All Transactions in PHP

The Mobaplay platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. Deposits via GCash, Maya or Philippine bank transfer are credited in PHP. Withdrawals are also processed in PHP to your nominated local account or e-wallet.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

No game, bet or promotional offer on Mobaplay guarantees any particular outcome or profit. Online gaming involves financial risk. Never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. The 21+ minimum age applies to all sections.

Philippine Law Governs These Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using Mobaplay, you submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any dispute arising from your use of the platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mobaplay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User" or "you") and Mobaplay ("Mobaplay", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Mobaplay online gaming platform, accessible at mobaplay.org and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a Mobaplay account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Mobaplay Platform.

Mobaplay provides an online gaming platform for the Philippine market, offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, basketball betting, esports betting and bingo games. The Platform is intended exclusively for adult entertainment and is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above who are located in the Philippines at the time of participation.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a Mobaplay account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. Mobaplay does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
  • You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registering and when placing any bet or game wager on the Platform.
  • You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address and valid contact details.
  • You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously permanently banned from the Mobaplay Platform.
  • You must not be acting as an agent, nominee or proxy for any third party when registering or using the Platform.

Mobaplay requires all new accounts to pass an identity and age verification process before full platform access is granted. Verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to a Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Postal ID or driver's licence. Mobaplay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Under 21: If Mobaplay has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be withheld, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities. No winnings generated prior to suspension will be paid to an underage account holder.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is entitled to hold one Mobaplay account only. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under the same identity or different identities by the same person, are prohibited. Mobaplay uses multiple identification and behavioural signals to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mobaplay login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. Mobaplay will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify Mobaplay's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account prior to Mobaplay taking action following your notification.

Mobaplay accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or assigning your account to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of the account involved.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Mobaplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Mobaplay accepts deposits through the following channels:

  • GCash — credited instantly to your Mobaplay PHP wallet upon successful transaction confirmation.
  • Maya — credited instantly to your Mobaplay PHP wallet upon successful transaction confirmation.
  • Philippine bank transfer — processing times vary depending on your bank's interbank transfer schedule.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your Mobaplay account dashboard at the time of deposit. Mobaplay reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, including imposing enhanced limits on accounts under review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. Mobaplay conducts anti-money laundering checks and identity verification steps prior to processing withdrawal requests. Mobaplay may request documentation to verify the source of funds before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times for withdrawals are indicated within the platform and vary by payment method.

Mobaplay does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank, GCash or Maya account provider may apply their own fees. Mobaplay is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Important: All funds in your Mobaplay account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not accepted and will be returned where possible or retained pending investigation.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual games and betting markets are displayed within each section of the Mobaplay Platform — casino, sports betting, basketball betting, esports and bingo. Those game-specific rules form part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

General betting and gaming rules that apply across all Mobaplay sections include the following:

  • All bets are final once confirmed. Mobaplay will not cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in circumstances explicitly described in section-specific rules — for example, game abandonment or obvious pricing errors.
  • In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, game results or account balances, Mobaplay reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances to their accurate pre-error state. Mobaplay is not liable for technical errors caused by your device, browser or internet connection.
  • Mobaplay reserves the right to impose betting limits — maximum stake amounts, maximum payout amounts and maximum combined parlay returns — at the platform level or at the individual account level. Accounts suspected of professional advantage play may have additional limits applied.
  • Any bet placed on the outcome of a sporting event or game that the player knows has already concluded may be voided, and the account involved may be suspended.
  • Mobaplay does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, statistics or game information provided on the Platform. Filipino players should conduct independent research before placing any wager.

No Guaranteed Outcomes: Participation in any Mobaplay game or betting market does not guarantee any financial return. Online gaming and sports betting involve risk. Bet only what you can afford to lose.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

Mobaplay offers promotions including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms displayed alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page:

  • Promotional offers are available to verified Mobaplay accounts held by individuals aged 21 and above.
  • Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
  • Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
  • Mobaplay may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without advance notice.
  • Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or using low-risk wagering strategies solely to extract bonus value — may result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and the closure of involved accounts.
  • Promotion eligibility is determined by Mobaplay at its sole discretion. Mobaplay's decision on any promotional dispute is final.

No promotion offered by Mobaplay constitutes a guarantee of profit or a guaranteed financial return. All promotional participation involves risk.

7. Responsible Gaming

Mobaplay is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a financial burden or source of personal distress. Mobaplay provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within the Platform:

  • Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PHP deposit caps from your account settings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mobaplay Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances, along with reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

  1. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games on Mobaplay without human interaction.
  2. Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through Mobaplay.
  3. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other illegal financial activity.
  4. Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Mobaplay account.
  5. Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification or in communications with Mobaplay support.
  6. Attempting to exploit pricing errors, software bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the Mobaplay Platform.
  7. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live table games or any multiplayer gaming format on Mobaplay.
  8. Registering or using a Mobaplay account while located outside the Philippines at the time of participation.

9. Privacy and Data

Mobaplay collects and processes personal data from Philippine players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a Mobaplay account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by Mobaplay includes, but is not limited to: your full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, government-issued ID number, email address, mobile number, GCash or Maya wallet identifier, banking details used for transactions, device information and betting activity records.

Mobaplay may share your personal data with payment processors, identity verification service providers, fraud detection systems and, where legally required, with Philippine government authorities and law enforcement agencies. Mobaplay does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mobaplay Platform — including but not limited to the Mobaplay brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio and video content — is the intellectual property of Mobaplay or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Mobaplay Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or redistribute any Mobaplay content without prior written consent.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any Mobaplay software or game.
  • Use any Mobaplay trademark, brand name or logo without express written authorisation.
  • Create derivative works based on Mobaplay's content or software.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Mobaplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the total PHP amount deposited by you to your Mobaplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mobaplay is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Service interruptions, technical failures, delayed data or platform errors beyond Mobaplay's reasonable control.
  • Losses arising from your use of third-party payment services including GCash or Maya in connection with your Mobaplay account.
  • Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Mobaplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. Suspension and Account Closure

Mobaplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where Mobaplay has reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
  • The account holder is under 21 years of age.
  • The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.
  • The account is under investigation for potential money laundering or financial crime.
  • Continuing to operate the account would expose Mobaplay to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms, Mobaplay may forfeit any bonus credits and winnings generated as a result of the breach. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in any misconduct will generally be returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any administrative costs incurred.

Players who believe their account has been closed in error may contact Mobaplay's support team to request a review. Mobaplay's decision following a review process is final.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Mobaplay may amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Mobaplay will notify active account holders through a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Mobaplay Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the most recent review is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Mobaplay Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and Mobaplay, you agree to first contact Mobaplay's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Mobaplay will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree that Philippine courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through Mobaplay's internal dispute resolution process.
