When you make a deposit using GCash or Maya, Mobaplay receives a transaction reference and confirmation from the payment provider. Full GCash or Maya account credentials are not stored by Mobaplay; these remain within the respective payment platform's secure environment. For bank transfers, Mobaplay records the transaction reference number and, where provided, the bank account details used for verification purposes.

When the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with an individual player.
