Mobaplay accounts are open to Filipino residents who are at least 21 years old. You will need a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — such as a passport, UMID, SSS card, LTO driver's licence, PhilHealth card or Postal ID — to complete identity verification during registration. Each person may hold only one Mobaplay account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Visit the Register page on mobaplay.org and fill in your personal details — full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, preferred username and password. Confirm you are 21 or older and agree to the Terms and Conditions. After submitting, verify your email and mobile number, then upload your Philippine government-issued ID for KYC age verification. Once approved, your account is fully active.

Most Mobaplay KYC verifications are reviewed within a few hours. In some cases, particularly where additional document checks are required, it may take up to 24 hours. Ensure your ID photo or scan is clear, fully visible and current (not expired) to avoid delays. You will receive an email notification once your Mobaplay account is approved and ready for deposits.

GCash deposits to your Mobaplay account are processed instantly in most cases. If your GCash deposit does not appear in your Mobaplay balance within a few minutes, check that your GCash transaction was completed successfully and that the amount matches the minimum deposit requirement. Your potential payout is your stake in ₱ multiplied by the decimal odds — for example, a ₱100 bet at odds of 2.50 would return ₱250 if successful (₱100 stake + ₱150 profit). Odds fluctuate in real time based on market movements and are not guaranteed until your bet is accepted and confirmed.

If a PBA game or any other sporting event that you have bet on is postponed or cancelled on Mobaplay, your stake in PHP is returned to your account balance in accordance with the Mobaplay settlement rules. The specific conditions depend on how long after the scheduled start the event is postponed to. Mobaplay's bingo section offers online bingo rooms with scheduled draws and instant-win variants, all with PHP buy-ins. Players purchase bingo cards for each draw at a selected buy-in price in ₱.
